LICS seminar on internationalization at Roskilde University, May 2010

May 4th saw Language and Intercultural Communication Services (LICS) at Roskilde University host a lively seminar on dilemmas encountered in the processes of internationalization at the university.
Discussions were led by Karen-Margrete Frederiksen. David Killick from Leeds Metropolitan University, returning to Roskilde University following his presentation at the CALPIU conference in 2008, gave a talk on 'Internationalization at the root', with a specific focus on current challenges and perspectives at UK institutions. Susan Varmer from the International Office at Roskilde University reported on i-Graduate International Student Barometer research conducted at the institution.
